A few of us went into a big bank in midtown last night that is open and empty and is definitely going to be used for heists later. Anyone know of any more? Can only help heists go smoother if we know the layouts beforehand.

Almost certainly being used for heists later. In the meantime that interior is perfect for defending if you have a bounty or a griefer after you.

I'd swear that I've seen a vault in the underground tunnels during a race as well.

I have most of the fleeca banks marked on my collector's edition map so that should come in handy later.
The only vault I've seen though is in that big bank by the movie theater that Bocephus is talking about, but you have to glitch through the cage to get to it.

Upon further review it would seem the vault in the tunnel is just a few very large drills.
