First of all thanks for the crew and the board!
Was thinking about the timezone sheets etc. (after filling the info), and wondered what is the ratio of crew members from Europe vs. the U.S.? (too few people have signed to get a sense). Reason being, to see what is the % of finding some crew members at the time i'm playing. I've noticed that on weekends that i'm playing after midnight there is a much higher chance to join crew members (mostly from the U.S.), while on late afternoons / evenings it's difficult.
