Thanks again for joining, this has blown up more than expected
GTA Online seems to be coming together
Here are a few things I expect from our crew:
No N***** this or Fa**** that Please do not alter pitch of your mic, we can not understand you There is a radio in the game, no background music(unless ok'd by room of course) Help out those who need a break or cover/ride ie, smokers, parents, etc. be fair when sharing the score with crew when they are involved be respectful of lower level gamers in the crew
These guidelines are open to suggestion and revision

Great list angryniceguy. As we are a mature crew, expectations are high. The reason players have joined our crews is because we offer the above code and a FUN place to play. Failure to abide by said code will result in swift action. Contact your crew leader or commissioners if you have a problem.

So far I am getting mostly positive feedback from other members.
I am not to happy to hear about some members behavior. Consequences will be: Demotion and a warning. If you get demoted below Muscle you will be kicked/banned.
So if you get demoted to Muscle consider it your last warning.
PM me if you are on the brink of getting kicked and maybe we can work something out.
Races: I heard about some groups running races for $$, I like that you guys are considerate of other players and letting them have a few wins. Please be considerate of other players levels/rank, keep those customized cars/bike in the garage please(unless majority is reached)
GTA Races: when the race is 1 on 1, refrain from blowing each other up (unless ok'd by both players)
that is all I can think of at the moment, you all are welcome to contribute.
